Deployment & Onboarding

Step 1

Supplier Setup

Gasuna provides the monitoring devices and access to the enterprise platform.

Supplier’s can:
  • Register customers

  • Assign devices to cylinders

  • Set low-gas thresholds

  • Configure billing preferences

Step 2

Customer Onboarding

Customers are onboarded through the enterprise platform.

During a delivery or cylinder exchange:
  • The device is issued

  • Mobile app access is provided

  • The customer is registered within the system

Step 3

One-Time Installation

The monitoring device is placed beneath the cylinder. After setup, monitoring runs automatically.

The customer:

  • Pairs the device with their phone

  • Connects it to Wi-Fi

Automated Refill & Billing

When gas levels fall below a defined threshold, Gasuna automatically generates a refill request. The supplier schedules delivery using existing dispatch processes.

Billing options include:

  • Auto-payment at reorder to confirm paid deliveries before dispatch

  • Automatic invoice generation based on refill events or recorded consumption

This improves cash-flow predictability and reduces failed or unpaid deliveries.
